I did not receive an email I was expecting to receive from Sunscription or US Solar. What should I do?

Messages regarding your Sunscription, subscription statements, and customer support are sent from [email protected] and [email protected]. We recommend you add both of these email addresses to your email provider's contacts / address book to ensure delivery (see here for gmail instructions and outlook instructions).

It is possible that emails from US Solar may be routed to specific folders in your email instead of your Inbox. In addition to adding [email protected] and [email protected] as contacts, if you do not receive expected communications from US Solar, check the Spam and Promotions folder; if you find messages from US Solar here, mark the emails as "Not Spam" to ensure future delivery to your Inbox.
