Your dashboard offers an easy and convenient way to view all your community solar account information in one place. From here, you can quickly check your account details, keep track of your subscription status, and access important information whenever you need it.
What You'll Find on Your Dashboard
Overview Tab
Your dashboard provides an overview page of your community solar subscription. You can view the solar garden powering your subscription, your utility and meter or premise information, environmental impact metrics, and the kilowatt-hours (kWh) generated by your share of the solar garden each month. You'll also be able to track your savings and see how your participation in community solar is making a positive impact.
Billing Tab
The Billing tab allows you to manage your billing information, including updating your billing address and payment method. You can also view your Sunscription statements and payment history.
If your account has an available credit balance, it will be displayed in the Bonus Bank section. You can also view any past credits that have been applied to your Sunscription statements, including the statement(s) on which the credit was used.
Preferences Tab
Allows you to manage your account preferences. From this section, you can update your email address and add additional users who can have access to receive account communications and notifications.
Documents Tab
Any documents that have been added to your account, such as enrollment forms, agreements, or account-related notices, will be available in this section.
Support Tab
You can contact us by phone or email if you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance with your community solar subscription.
