If I have multiple properties or multiple accounts with my utility, can I subscribe all of them?
If I have multiple properties or multiple accounts with my utility, can I subscribe all of them?

After working with thousands of utility customers, we understand that people have different structures for their electric utility accounts, electric meters, and properties. And we also understand that a program like community solar can feel a bit confusing, especially if you do not have a single property or account. But don’t worry – we have experience dealing with all kinds of utility account scenarios. And no matter your relationship with your utility, we are here to help you figure out how you can maximize your impact and your savings with community solar.

Here is the good news: as a residential subscriber to a Community Solar Garden, there are no limits to the amount of accounts or properties that you can subscribe. As long as each individual account qualifies for the community solar program, we can help you subscribe all of them! That means that if you have a second account at your single property (maybe your house has its own meter, and the garage has a separate meter), you can subscribe both. Or, if you own two properties, and the accounts are both in your name, you can subscribe both.

The best part is that we can consolidate all of these accounts into one Sunscription account with a single payment method. So, while you may have multiple accounts with your utility, we can group everything together so that you only have one account for your Sunscription and make one payment a month. And, with automated payments and electric bill credits, your savings as a subscriber will be realized automatically.
