We understand that it can be challenging to decide on doing something like joining a Community Solar Garden, especially when the signing of a contract is involved. Our goal is to make sure that people who choose to subscribe to one of our Solar Garden's feel great about their decision and understand exactly what it is and what it means to be a subscriber with us. That is why we have a team of professionals ready to help walk you though any questions you might have as you are signing up.

We also understand that, even though you might have a great experience with a great customer service representative and get great information about subscribing, you still may feel reluctant to sign an agreement. We want to make sure that our subscribers don’t just understand everything there is to know about being a subscriber; we want our subscribers to feel great about joining.

That's why we provide a grace period of three days, or longer if required by law, from when you sign your Sunscription Agreement. So, if you sign an Agreement and complete the sign up process, but then decide a Sunscription isn't right for you, as long as you notify our team within the grace period, you can exit the Agreement without penalty. When signing up, we encourage you to confirm with a team member the length of the grace period in your area.
