How do I change the email address associated with my Sunscription Dashboard and statements?

If you have access to your existing email

If you have access to your existing email inbox, you can change the email associated with your account online on the Sunscription Dashboard.

  1. Log into your Sunscription account at dashboard.us-solar.com

  2. Click on your profile icon (your initials or photo) in the upper right corner of your screen

  3. When the new window appears, click the Change My Email button on the left-hand side

  4. Enter in the new email you would like associated with your account. You will need to enter your email twice in the following fields: New Email Address and Confirm New Email Address

If you no longer have access to your existing email

If you have already closed your old email account or do not otherwise have access to it, you will not be able to log in to Sunscription to update it.
