Bill Credits are a credit given to you by your specific utility to compensate you for the solar production attributed to you by your CSG. These are calculated based on many different factors and differ by state. Your state’s requirements and Bill Credit Rate (BCR) will be outlined to you in the Exhibit C section of the Commercial Sunscription Agreement.
