Setting a New Password for Your Sunscription Account

Password Requirements

Required

  • Length: 8 characters or more

  • Content:

    • 1+ letter (a–z or A–Z)

    • 1+ number (0–9)

    • 1+ special character (for example: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ? _ - .)

Tips (Optional, but recommended)

  • Use a passphrase you can remember: e.g., Maple!porch7-quiet

  • Avoid reused or common passwords (e.g., Password1!).

  • A password manager can create and store strong unique passwords.

Troubleshooting

  • “Special character not allowed”: Try a different common symbol like !, #, ?, _, or -.

  • Forgot your password? Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen to reset it via email.
